BOOKING RULES

  • A deposit of 25% of the booking is required at the time of reservation.
  • Full booking balance must be paid 60 days before arrival.
  • The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions:
    • If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
    • If the booking is cancelled 14 or more days before arrival, then a charge equal to 25% of the stay will be made.
    • In the event of no show or booking reductions (after arrival date), the full cost of the booking is charged.
  • A refundable security bond of 500€ is payable with the balance and will be returned within 7 days of departure subject to a satisfactory inspection.
  • A cleaning fee of 120€ will be added to the price for dates outside of mid-June to mid-September.
  • A local residence tax, the taxe de séjour, of 0,40€ per adult per night will be collected at the end of the stay.
  • Payments can be made by bankcard, credit card or bank transfer.
