Booking rules
BOOKING RULES
- A deposit of 25% of the booking is required at the time of reservation.
- Full booking balance must be paid 60 days before arrival.
- The booking price is for up to 11 persons maximum. In special circumstances we can accommodate three additional children for a total of 14 people at an additional cost of 150€ per week per child. Please feel free contact us if your needs fall outside these parameters.
- The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions:
- If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
- If the booking is cancelled 14 or more days before arrival, then a charge equal to 25% of the stay will be made.
- In the event of no show or booking reductions (after arrival date), the full cost of the booking is charged.
- A refundable security bond of 500€ is payable with the balance and will be returned within 7 days of departure subject to a satisfactory inspection.
- A cleaning fee of 120€ will be added to the price for dates outside of July and August.
- A local residence tax, the taxe de séjour, of 0,90 € per adult per night will be collected and paid to our local commune.
- Payments can be made by PayPal, bankcard, credit card or bank transfer.
